REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At LuxepressCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at: support@luxepressco.com
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@luxepressco.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
