ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME

As our products are made to order, please allow 5โ€“8 business days for production before shipment.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $80
  • United States: 2โ€“8 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: 6โ€“8 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 6โ€“10 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 6โ€“10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 10โ€“12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. LuxepressCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship an order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@luxepressco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
